Running out of Ryobi products to buy! So handy. From gardening to DIY, some of these tools are game changers. Particularly the electric secateurs- so easy to snip branches with no manual effort.

Item arrived in a timely manner, well packed and in good condition.

Next day the rain had stopped and suitable to try out the secateurs.

They made light work of anything that I threw at them. Small 2.0Ah battery used, used very little charge.

Warning keep you fingers away from cutter, your hands are always close to the tool. Easy to use one handed.

Never had a problem ordering equipment from Ryobi, although the number of different model numbers for the same tool (minor, unexplained variants) are bewildering. You have to be very careful with getting that right and the differences are not made clear.

Lopping saw purchased first then the pruning Saw.
Both well made and sturdy. Promply delivered but not used yet, although all working and functional.
Good price for both and as I have some 3 Acres of woods, look forward to using these sturdy but lighter units..Thanks

One plus range,
Some tools are good wood planer sander impact driver the batteries are terrible they dont last as long as they make out I have 14 batteries, from the smallest to larges capacity the chargers get rather warm one battery was so hot I couldn't touch it I contacted ryobi via email because I am hard of hearing January 15th ive heard nothing it seems they want your money but dont like issues. The £99 drills snd torch they are not the best they have no power my Aldi Ferrex £19.99 drill has more Torque and power. The largest bag on wheels us a joke it barely fits 5 tools the pockets are designed for tiny objects. The dremel is rubbish my biggest regret it has no power at all, it just cuts out.

I thought I was buying a steam mop as that was my search criteria, tbh it isn't much better than a non powered spray mop although the led light is useful.

Ordered the battery and free tool, paid additional one day delivery, message from DPD having not called or delivered saying package was heading back to Ryobi. Still waiting for a complete refund of cost and postage over a week later, disgusting service

Had Ryobi one system since 2017.
Superb equipment for garden and DIY.
I’ve a lot of Ryobi tools. I’ve only destroyed two with very heavy work loads over that period. One being a drill the other a circular saw. ( mainly caused by me!)

Very reliable system - batteries are also superb and never replaced one yet.

Fast delivery too

Ordering experience was OK. I initially selected next day delivery and at the checkout the site decided I wanted 3-5 days delivery instead. Minor grumble.

Their preferred delivery partner is DPD. They were awful. Driver lied to get out of doing the delivery on the Saturday meaning the tools didn’t arrive until the Sunday which then means I can’t actually review the tools because I’ve not had the chance to use them. Complained to DPD whose automated system completely ignored my complaints. Complained to Ryobi who also did nothing.

Tools look to be decent quality. Instructions are junk, had to Google to find out how to fit a circular saw blade.

Initial impressions are good product but go to a store to buy them because the e-commerce is rubbish.
