I placed on order February 16 2026 and still have not received it. I will be calling my bank and disputing the charge because the fact the order is still processing but yall took my money already is crazy I will get my money back and yall can have that piece of plastic!!
After my photo shoot with USA MODELS, an opportunity came up with HIDDEN HILLS. Then their partnership with BURBAYNE. Additionally, then COCOBURRY. What a rollercoaster ride, I LOVE IT!!! As a sponsored World Brand Ambassador Model for BURBAYNE, I ordered my luxury watches from HIDDEN HILLS WATCHES as an IG UGC World Brand Ambassador. Must be patient but everything is working out like a dream and it is SPECTACULAR. I am waiting for my second order to come in and I cannot wait. (P.S. As a Brand Ambassador for these companies, did I mention that the merch is discounted until I make it "Big Time!!!")

Ordered over €300 worth of clothing on Black Friday for Xmas presents, still waiting for a dispatch note which I was told would be this past week. Now asked for a full refund, so waiting for a response. Absolute joke, offers of discount codes etc, however I wouldn’t be buying from them again so no use to me! I just want my money back now
After more than 6 weeks……still nothing!!! I have received 2 emails where they informed me that my order was going to be send next week and I would receive a delivery link. Never received a link and still haven’t received my order. This is absolutely ridicilous….it is a simple jogging suit, not a Chanel bag or a Prada dress. What is wrong with this company?? Oh yeah they gave me a 10% refund on my order to compensate for the long wait. LISTEN: I don’t want a refund I want my order!!!
ordered from Hidden Hills during Black Friday and almost two months later I still haven’t received my package. This is completely unacceptable. I tried to cancel my order weeks ago, but they refuse to listen and simply ignore me.I’ve emailed them multiple times and sent DMs, and now they haven’t responded at all for over a week. No updates, no solutions, nothing. Customer service is basically nonexistent.Waiting this long after a Black Friday order with zero communication is extremely frustrating. If you’re thinking about ordering here, I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. Save your money and your patience
After waiting for more than 6 weeks i have received everything. Now i need to send something back; i am allready busy with that for 2 weeks... maybe this is also a proces of 6 weeks. The quality is super... but the service.... never seen WORSE.... Never again to buy here....
i bought a blazer for christmas and wanted to return it so i contacted the company. No answer for weeks and now their system says that it´s too late for a return :-( Their clothes are pretty expensive and i now own a blazer for 100 euro i cannot use.... I really do not recommend Hidden Hills.
