Well I can’t say I’m impressed with my first experience with hideaway. I don’t understand how it takes sooo long to ship a product….it took a total of 18 days to arrive, from the date of my order being placed, to receiving it, that is an absolutely ridiculous amount of time to put 10 small bottles in a box and ship it. My orders from overseas arrived quicker……if you are going to order from here be prepared to wait.
Contacted support almost immediately after a duplicate order, but responses were slow and nothing was actioned in time. They eventually offered a return at my expense as a one-time exception. It's not about the money - it's the principle and lack of urgency. Double-check your order before paying.
I placed my order well ahead of Christmas, but it did not arrive on time. After waiting a month and sending multiple emails to the service and couriers, I received no assistance. Eventually, the parcel was marked as delivered and supposedly left in a safe place, but I still haven't received my items. The issue remains unresolved, and the couriers have not provided any proof of delivery. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money with them!
I purchased three perfumes, and all of them had a scent reminiscent of expired fragrances—like when a perfume has been around for years and develops a burnt odor. These arrived smelling that way right out of the box. The fragrance in the hair care product was acceptable, but overall, the quality felt very low. I wouldn't buy from this seller again, nor would I recommend it to others. Some have mentioned using the perfumes as air fresheners, but I wouldn't even go that far. They were quite unpleasant.
Completely unacceptable service. I placed my order on the 11th of December, expecting it to arrive before Christmas based on their stated shipping timelines. That turned out to be completely false. The item never arrived on time, and there was no proactive communication, no alerts, and no apologies — just silence. If you're going to advertise specific shipping timelines, you should avoid making promises you can't fulfill. Christmas came and went without the gift, leaving me feeling embarrassed and frustrated. This company clearly does not care once they have your payment. Unreliable shipping, misleading information, and shockingly poor customer service. This has undoubtedly been the worst online shopping experience I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and consider shopping elsewhere.
The fragrance has little resemblance to the actual scent of mango. Initially, it presents a sweet aroma, but within thirty minutes, it transitions to an unpleasant, cheap chemical odor. I found a more authentic alternative with a different oil dupe. I strongly advise against spending money on this particular product; it's quite disappointing!

I’m skeptical about companies offering 'parcel protection,' but I went ahead and ordered without it. Now, 10 days later, I still haven't received my package. Their website states they use standard shipping services, yet mine was sent with a different courier, and the tracking hasn’t updated since the initial confirmation. It seems I've wasted my money.
