We were charged $150 out of nowhere for something we don’t even believe we signed up for. Neither my husband nor I can find anything from this company in our emails, and there isn’t a phone number to reach them for a refund. What is going on??

Their checkout ui is super deceptive and basically forced me into an annual plan by accident. instantly got hit with a $350+ charge.
They stated with 7 day free refund if zero credit has been used but the customer service is an ai who are not helping to refund at all.
I'm really frustrated with this app. I don't understand why I can't use Nano Banana Pro Unlimited properly. I've been stuck in the queue for 5–6 hours, yet the non-unlimited version loads in a minute. I don't get what the point of this is.

Higgsfield has all the new AI possibilities out there, what you want they have and even more like Cinema Studio 2.0 or soon Seedance 2.0. Happy customer here!
I’m using Higgsfield on the Ultimate plan, and honestly the learning curve feels slow at first. But once you get the hang of it and start refining your prompts (in my case with help from ChatGPT), the results keep improving more and more. The more you use it, the better the output gets — and you can clearly level up from project to project. Highly recommended, especially if you’re willing to learn and iterate.
I love it! I use Higgsfield on almost every project in some way shape or form and my clients are happy with the results. They have no idea how I do it, they're just happy it's fast without sacrificing quality. I was skeptical at first. I started with the basic license and shortly upgraded to the top tier after a few hours of creating with the 70% off offer. It was a risk worth taking in my opinion. The Higgsfield AI youtube channels offer everything you need to know to get started.
Definitely do not buy this because there is coming people with saying UNLIMITED, which is not working, reseting my credits 2 days earlier, Waiting for 30 min for a simple video generation, which Freepik does for 2 min.
