This is a scam site. I purchased a watch from them on November 24, 2025, and paid 6,000 as an advance. However, I received no communication afterward. They requested a token amount, which was half of the total payment, and then they raised the product price on their website, demanding the higher amount. There was no response for several days, no order tracking facility, and customer calls went unanswered. WhatsApp messages received very late or no response at all.
Do not purchase from this portal; they are fraudulent. I ordered a stove on November 7, and as of November 18, there are still no updates on my order, nor do they respond on their messaging app. My order remains in the processing stage. They collect over 50% in advance and fail to provide any updates. In today's online world, with products easily available nearby, this site is just a scam collecting money without delivering. I regret not checking reviews beforehand. Once the money is sent, it's gone. I doubt my product will ever arrive, and if it does, I'm unsure about the quality. The buying process is frustrating, and I can’t imagine trying for a refund or replacement. Please check other users' reviews before ordering. Avoid this trap; such websites should be banned.
It’s been ten days since I checked out on July 27, 2023, and I still haven’t received any shipping notification. My order number is 800015239. There’s no call support available on any social media, and the customer service number is unreachable, with no replies to emails either.
They took my money and sent a broken product. Customer service didn't even answer my calls. The product arrived without original packaging, just a flimsy layer of protection. To make matters worse, they replaced parts without my consent. I strongly recommend against buying from this seller.
