Really impressed. Items posted same day as order. Good email communication. Three items arrived, two items were lovely, fitted great and looked amazing, one I didn't like when I tried it on so returned it. Postage wasn't much. Refund processed really quickly. No issues at all. Will use again.
Unfortunately the purchases I bought were wrongly sized ( too small ) it cost me £13 to return of which HSO agreed to pay £5 but then sneakily knocked it off my refund and blocked me on Facebook so I couldn’t contact them. Ummm…….unprofessional and cheats. Sad to see such disingenuous people trading in the fashion industry 😢 I have received a reply, sadly as expected their refund was less the £5 postage they had said they would contribute. The fact of the matter is that high street outlet are selling goods cheaply that are wrongly sized and will not pay for the return postage. HSO admitted in our string of emails that the jeans came up small. This is a genuine review and was not meant to be defamatory. Please note the truth can not be defamatory. Btw I do not live in Jersey! Thanks for getting in contact at this late date HSO.
Love Shopping with this Company.. Great Quality and PRICES.. and it feels very Friendly too. Which is nice. what i like is how they Show all the new Arrivals on a Friday so you can view them before and treat yourself. Also one item I returned for an Exchange and this was dealt with very quickly . 10 out of 10. From me. WELL DONE LADIES and the little dog Monty who sometimes makes an appearance on a Friday .
