During our time in the air section, we faced an uncomfortable situation with a staff member overseeing photography. While the staff member was away, other visitors were taking photos on their phones, leading us to believe it was permitted.
Upon the staff member's return, she approached us aggressively, attempting to block my phone camera without informing us that personal photography was prohibited in that area. There was no verbal explanation or guidance, only a confrontational attitude, which felt unwarranted and distressing.
Effective communication could have prevented this issue entirely. Sadly, this encounter marred our experience at the exhibition.
I won't be returning, as it was overpriced and overcrowded. I interacted with a dozen staff members, but only one displayed any enthusiasm, while the rest seemed eager to rush us out, saying things like, "hurry up and leave, we want to go home." It's disheartening; if you dislike your job that much, consider a different one. People paid a significant amount to attend this event. It's unfortunate because it had the potential to be fantastic, but instead, it felt like an unprofessional and chaotic experience.
The idea is appealing, but the prices are simply unacceptable. £10-12 for a ride, £16 for two beers, £15 for a basic hotdog and a small portion of chips, and £9 for a frozen cheesecake. Even £10 just to throw three balls at a hoop feels excessive. While it's enjoyable, I wouldn't return because of the high costs.
Purchased online tickets for 8 people for Friday evening, 28 November. The tickets were not accepted at the entrance, and the staff offered no help, simply stating: buy new tickets????? It's a major scam (traveled from the Netherlands for a few days in London).
Visited on Monday, 1st December around 3 p.m. Upon entering the park, we noticed the churros stand. We opted for a family portion priced at about £17. They charged extra for cinnamon and chocolate. Unfortunately, these were the worst churros we've ever had—extremely dry. We had to throw them away. Avoid this place; it felt like a rip-off.

At the winter event, I paid £12.00 for food but only received a paper receipt with no food. At the Bavarian village, the staff prioritized serving others while I waited forever. After complaining and seeking a refund, I left to find food elsewhere. Complaints to the event revealed overpriced food and poor service throughout. I received a refund of £12.00 after much effort. Save your money; it's a rip-off from the moment you enter.
Arrived with my family on Saturday, 15th Nov around 18:00, only to find 3 out of 4 entrances closed! Everyone was funneled into one pathway; it was chaotic! After a lengthy wait, we decided to leave, having traveled from Northampton. I requested a refund, but my email was denied, and they failed to address my complaints. Terrible customer service overall!
