Have ordered from highstreet outlet a couple of times and have always had a great experience. Customer service was great as I am between sizes and was unsure what would fit best. I sent them a message on instagram and had a reply within the hour. The discounts are great and would definitely order from them again.
Made a few purchases no problems it's a shame disgruntled customers leave poor reviews and really happy customers don't . The company always give clues to what brand you are buying so you know yourself if they run big/ small especially on the live broadcasts on insta Facebook even measuring the garments for you ! I ordered on Monday evening email from Evri Tuesday saying item on way so finding a quick delivery standered £3.99 postage or free if a large spend over £50.00:Found the company helpful and great value
I have purchased quite a few items from Highstreet Outlet and have never been disappointed. Quality is good, with some really outstanding dresses, bags, jackets etc, and it is beautifully packed and dispatched immediately. If there has been the need to return they refund you immediately and when there was a delivery issue by couriers they rectified it immediately. The ladies there are outstanding in their service. This is my go to company for clothes. Thank you ladies.

I have ordered jeans and cardigans from Highstreet Outlet. The jeans were amazing and fitted perfectly (size 12) and the cardigans (a very well known high street brand), were beautiful. I ordered a black cardi and an orange one. The prices were much lower than the shop (that’s why I bought 2!). The delivery was very quick. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
I have purchased several items from HSO, and have always been happy with my purchases.Earlier this summer I ordered a pair of straight leg jeans, and received skinny leg. This error was promptly put right and the return was free, with no hesitation.Very happy with this company.
