Amazing customer service, have made a few mistakes on ordering and HSO customer service have always sorted it out for me.
One item was lost in the post and when I let HSO know they posted another one out to me, not many companies would do that!
Clothes that I buy are always bargain prices and very good quality.

Was about to order from this company and decided to review its return policy. They will deduct the following: £3.95 postage but also an admin fee of £2.50. Have you ever heard of a clothing company in the uk who deduct an admin fee as well as charge for return posting??? I will go somewhere else….
I’ve ordered so many different kinds of clothing and have not been disappointed yet. Just recently ordered some men’s socks, cashmere blend, lovely design and fabulous quality. Also ladies t shirt, great quality and delivery was very quick. Jeans and blouses. All fit well true to size and great quality garments.
