Have shopped with Stoffhummel quite a few times to get Big Z furs within Europe, always an amazing experience in terms of dispatch, packaging and customer service. I recently had a shipping issue (not the fault of Stoffhummel) and they were great in rectifying the situation. Quality of furs from Big Z can vary but has been improving with their Ecoshag line and generally very high quality. I love shopping from Stoffhummel and highly recommend ordering with them!

Ordered the new Furtastic swatches30€ for Them to arrive with a Visible Fold and bad quality. The fur had visible lines almost every where. The swatches fell off the Card (Paper) because they werent Secured properly. Colors Vary from how they Look online, the plum looks nothing like it does online. The print quality was bad and i had to remake the entire swatchcard from scratch. :/The furtastic fur is nice to touch but also has visible lines so best not left long.
Ordered Fursuit Materials (the common ecoshag) from them and were able to add a small portion of another colour to my order last minute! Helped me learn about various differences between materials through email to help decide which were best, slight language barrier but got everything i wanted! Highly recommended for fursuit makers in Europe who want to avoid US shipping charges!
I ordered Shannon Cuddle 3 minky fabric from there for plush making, Within 2 hours of me making my order they already shipped it, package arrived within a very reasonable time (a few days, I live in Finland), even came with a small bag of gummybears! So for me I had a great experience and I thought the fabric was packaged well! 💖Only thing is the box was full of litttle tiny different colored bits of fur likely from them cutting the fluffy fabric and not shaking off the excess fluff that comes off from the corners when you cut it, I had to take some time with a sticky roller to remove them as they were aalllll over the fabrics. But it only took me like 20min to remove those excess bits of fluff, so it wasn’t a biggie. The fabric itself is great and I would order from them again definitely! Thank you!
i placed my order 20th, the package was sent the 28th which is a very long time to sent a package. it arrived the 31th and ive never been so disappointed with the quality before, the white fur was dirty, and the fur didn't go in the same direction. plus it looked like the fur had been stored badly as it had a lot og marks that i couldn't get rid of, which led to me not being able to use the fur for my suit and commissions. the fur never used to be like this, what has happened?
