Great products, disappointed in recall handling. I had a hopper m30 that I was happy with, once I heard of the recall I sent back my old cooler and selected replacement product in lieu of a gift card since I just wanted my same version I was happy with. Unfortunately I received a flip top 18 and a gift card. I reached out to customer support only to be told that once selected there’s nothing that can be done to remedy the situation. I offered to return all that I was shipped just to get the same cooler that I sent back, it was denied. I understand that when the recall first happened, this would be an acceptable option, but since there is a new hopper m30 I expected a direct replacement. I’m disappointed in the way this interaction was handled, hopefully mine is an isolated incident.

A flawless transaction - I own many yeti products and never had the color come off like this cup- I sent pictures, it was approved- sent the old cup back with easy shipping and received the replacement in a timely fashion.

Slow Refund Process

They acknowledged my return on Mon 5th Jan, but by Sun 11th Jan, there was still no refund processed. Quick to take my money, but not efficient in returning it. I plan to contact my bank next week to dispute the original payment. This approach won't foster repeat business.

The company has truly excelled in customer service while consistently delivering exceptional products. We own multiple coolers in different sizes and use them in our car every day. When we encountered a product issue, they honored the warranty effortlessly, making the entire process incredibly simple.

⭐ 1/5 – Deeply Disappointed with Customer Support I have always relied on this brand for high-quality products, but after this experience, I'm seriously reconsidering my loyalty. I bought a bottle for $84, and it arrived with a lid misaligned with the logo—something that every bottle featured on their website clearly displays. I contacted customer support hoping for a simple resolution, but instead, I received a dismissive reply that completely overlooked the problem. There was no accountability or genuine effort to assist, just a generic response. For a brand that charges premium prices, I expected much more. When you promote attention to detail but fail to deliver it—or to support customers when mistakes occur—it reflects poorly on the company's true priorities. Truly disappointed. I won't be making another purchase unless there is a significant improvement in customer service.

Ordered with engraving, put wrong letter, emailed right away and will not change, so spent 65 pound on a mug that is no good as was a present!!! Buy loads from YETI too for ourselvesa and presents, shocking customer service so disappointed, last time will buy from them

Not right replacement

You couldn’t provide me with a replacement mug I wanted in any color. So I had to get a tumbler I didn’t want and now don’t use. Then two weeks later all new colours come out in the mug I did want. Seems you just wanted to get rid of old stock.
