First time ordering and won’t ever order again

Placed order 2/1/20 and got confirmation it was received. As of 2/8/20 had not received order so sent an email requesting delivery date and tracking info and was told package would be delivered by 2/10. Today is 2/10 and no package has been received and actually received 2 emails that order had just been processed. Will never order from this company again.
