I placed an order in August, but the package was never shipped. The total amount was over €1,000, which I paid in full. The company later canceled the order, yet they have not refunded my money.As of December 22, I have been filing complaints for four months, having sent over 100 emails with no resolution.

I purchased four phone devices, but after a month, I hadn’t received them, and they hadn’t even been shipped. The company then told me they had another supplier who did have the devices I was looking for, and I decided to order 15 units instead. They guaranteed that they would send them, and I paid a total of €1,252 for the order. However, they never shipped the products.A month later, they admitted the issue and canceled the order. Another month has passed, and I’m still waiting for a refund. They reply to my emails saying they’ll send me an update, but they never do.I do not recommend buying from this website — even if it says that a product is in stock, it likely isn’t. Be very careful and don’t let the same thing happen to you!
It is a fraudulent company. Cancellation is impossible. The phone line redirects you to their website to open a support ticket, but the tickets either don’t work or remain unanswered. Month after month, your debt keeps increasing. A complete fraud.
Possibly the worst service I've used, inept, out of date, unresponsive customer service, really need to warn other potential users to look elsewhere. The control panel is ancient and clearly not updated in decades, the service constantly goes offline with no reason and you'll only find out when the phone stops ringing and then if you check there will be a known issue that they miraculously fix or just don't fix at all and then ignore your messages completely, disastrous for any business to use
