My experience with this letting agency was extremely disappointing. When I moved into my home managed by them, there were numerous issues, including a hole in the hallway, missing curtain poles, damage to window sills and skirting boards, cracks in the ceiling, and a pest problem. When I requested repairs, I was either ignored or received subpar service from unqualified contractors. The so-called pest control professional even suggested I investigate the insect issue myself by knocking on neighbors' doors! He completed minimal work and charged the landlord excessively. The pest issues persisted, and I had to hire my own tradesman to address the repairs that the agency was responsible for. An additional contractor they sent was not even qualified for the job and attempted to fix issues in the most inadequate manner. I still have a ceiling that is flaking and in disrepair. I was unaware of a leak in the ceiling, and any attempts to fix it would be futile without addressing the roof first. If they had been more professional, they could have coordinated repairs effectively. While the landlord bears some responsibility, the management from this agency is severely lacking. They rarely respond to phone calls, messages, or emails. I lodged a complaint with their management but instead of addressing my concerns, they seemed dismissive and unprofessional. Be cautious of other reviews, as they may be inflated by staff. Their customer service is as unreliable as my ceiling!

Greedy and unresponsive.

Greedy and unresponsive. They refuse to lower my rent despite significant changes in my living environment, including a gym opening nearby that directly impacts my privacy, and a daycare next door creating constant noise. The pollution from delivery trucks passing by my flat at all hours is unbearable. I have repeatedly asked questions about my rent and the living conditions but they have consistently ignored my inquiries. They are increasing my rent in January 2026, likely knowing I won't be able to contest it under new laws. This company provides terrible service, claiming to value their tenants while only caring about the money they receive.
