I have been with Henry for 2 years now and life has been a lot easier plus I have saved money using Henry as an accountant. I would highly recommend especially if you life is extremely busy and your needing help with this.
I cannot rate Hnry highly enough. As a small business owner I rely heavily on the app and processes to function. I have always had incredible customer service responses from them and love that accessing a human is just a day away in the chat. They reply reliably and consistently and I just love them. An absolute life line for Tammy’s Pixels.
I use Henry for live event contracting and it saves me all the hassle of following up clients and claiming expenses, its also reasonably priced on a pay as you earn which is supper important for those of us who bounce between contracting and permanent employment!
This app is fantastic; I appreciate its straightforwardness and the elimination of concerns about accurate tax calculations. It’s reassuring to have all my tax returns completed correctly without the stress of setting aside monthly funds for taxes. Although the support team can be a bit slow to respond during peak times like tax season, they do eventually reach out and assist in resolving any issues.
I've been using this service since about mid last year. Previously, I handled my own tax returns and GST for several years. My son, who also uses the service, helped me get set up and demonstrated how to use it. I genuinely can't believe how simple it is. I wish I had switched to it years ago.
Initially, my switch to manual receipt uploads and a different account for clients seemed to go well. However, after three clients faced problems with bank direct deposits and the support team failed to provide clear explanations, it became quite uncomfortable for me. Even when I used an invoicing service like PayPal, incurring a 2.4% fee, I still had to pay an additional 1% fee for the invoices that didn't process correctly. This feels unfair. The tax deductions are not a concern for me.
This app has truly been a game changer. It transforms accounting from a daunting task into something manageable, allowing me to feel in control of my finances. It's straightforward, user-friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to use. I'm extremely satisfied with it and would highly recommend it.
