Fantastic experience with the reward card

I received a £45 card in the mail for signing up with the service. When I tried to use it at a store for an amount over its value (planning to split payment), the card was declined. I reached out via online chat, and the representative was extremely helpful. I ended up purchasing a gift card online for the exact value of the card, and that transaction went through immediately! Thank you for the assistance! For anyone having trouble using it in-store, I recommend buying a gift card instead.

It worked out! Initially worried it was a scam!

Card keeps getting declined

The card keeps getting declined, and reaching out to the support team doesn’t help. They just keep saying things like, 'The decline is due to a risk strategy to protect your card and ensure account security. Your account has been submitted for review.' But after waiting 24 hours and trying again, the same issue occurs.

This card is completely useless. I can't spend the money anywhere due to 'declined for security reasons' or similar issues. A total waste.

What a terrible card this is

What a terrible card this is. I spent days trying and failing to use it anywhere. What's the point of a digital credit card if it's so hard to spend? Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering a digital credit card again. I finally managed to get a digital gift card for the exact balance, which can be used in many places, but it shouldn't have been this difficult. Avoid this company at all costs.

This feels like a scam and the company should be embarrassed to be associated with it, using an incentive to lure people into signing up for their broadband over similar contracts. Don't be tempted; the prepaid card or other rewards are unlikely to work—save your time and energy!

I feel for everyone like me who…

I feel for everyone like me who thought this was a better option than a gift card. What a nightmare. I followed advice from earlier reviews, tried Amazon top-ups, gift cards, and other retailers, but nothing has worked. They may have made it even harder to use since those reviews. Their rude customer service effectively said, 'You cannot use this to buy a gift card.' But there’s no explanation for why it doesn't work at certain retailers. Please do not choose this as your reward.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience; I received an £80 reward card for joining the service. I can't use the card, and when I message them, they say it's blocked for security reasons, despite sending a verification code and answering a simple question during payment. Each time, I'm told to wait 24 hours for the block to be lifted, but after four rounds of this, I've given up.

Awful company

Awful company! AVOID! I chose a prepaid card from the service and couldn't use it anywhere. I contacted the support team three times, and they kept saying it was blocked due to an incorrect CVV code (which it wasn't). After numerous attempts with different merchants, I finally managed to use it, but only after they had tried to block the payment multiple times!
