Review Time
I placed an order on September 28th for three items, but dealing with this company has turned into a month-long ordeal. Initially, their website indicated that all items were "in stock," and they processed my payment right away. Only later did I find out that 2 out of the 3 items were actually unavailable. They reached out asking if I preferred a refund or to wait, and I clearly stated that I wanted a refund for the missing items. They completely disregarded my request and opted to send the order in parts. When the first package arrived on October 4th, one of the creams had a damaged dispenser. I followed their guidelines and reported this immediately (the same day). Yet, it took their customer service 9 days (until October 13th) to respond to my email. Then, unexpectedly, they sent the other out-of-stock item on October 27th. When I asked about the replacement for the damaged cream, they insisted that they had sent it and that the delivery service attempted to deliver it twice without success. This seems unlikely, as I had received two other packages from them via the same service without any problems. It took more than a month to finally complete this order and address the issues with the defective items. The customer service is slow, ineffective, and they do not pay attention to customer concerns. I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.
