I have now purchased two of the pillows for side sleepers and my two issues with snoring and neck pain are finally dealt with. I travel often and my last few trips I took the pillow with me and no neck pain after my many hotel nights! My snoring is pretty much nonexistent now! Very pleased.
Fraudulent company. The pillow is uncomfortable and they do NOT accept returns (even within 30 day return period). I paid a significant amount of money returning the item back to them from the UK and they REFUSED to accept the delivery. I am now out of pocket by over $100 for the shipping and $500 for the useless pillow. DREADFUL, UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY. Avoid at all costs.
Ordered and paid shipping fees for early shipping. Did not get order number or tracking immediately and had to follow up multiple times for tracking number. It’s more than 2 weeks since I ordered and still no shipment, no update on tracking number as to where my shipment is and no communication regarding my status. For $200+ purchase, I expected better post sales communication.
