It took a month for the item to arrive. When it finally did, I received the wrong item, and they would not acknowledge that it was not as described. They refused to process a return or refund. This experience was a total waste of time and money. I would recommend avoiding this seller.
I've had the same experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE LYING THIEVES! THEY ARE DISHONEST.My disabled friend asked me to order a couple of these (MA38) to make his life easier. He particularly needed the magnetic and door hanging feature.They didn't send them but sent the old model (x-99) which doesn't have this specific feature.Several emails later they won't send a pre-paid return label and are offering a far lesser refund.DISGUSTING!!!STAY AWAY FROM THESE LYING THIEVES
Every single comment I read describes exactly what happened to me. I ordered the new foldable tripod MA38, clearly advertised with the following features: • 180° rotation (swivel head) • Hidden hook (for attaching to edges, like a computer display) • Magnetic base • Arca-Swiss mountWhat I received instead was the old X-99 model, which has none of these features — and it took weeks to arrive.Just like many others here, the company insists they sent the correct item and then offers an insulting “compensation” of $3, later $6.I made it clear that I would return the product only if they provided a prepaid return label, but they refuse — demanding instead that I ship the item back to China at my own expense.This company’s behavior is completely unacceptable. They knowingly advertise one product and deliver another, while hiding behind unreasonable return conditions. Buyers, be warned.
I ordered one of these MA38 tripods on 5th September. I got an order confirmation email, and was able totrack progress of my package across America to Lincoln in the UK..where is got stuck (after waiting for over a month!). I complained and was asked to be patient as a replacement was sent from China. After a couple of weeks I received a package, containing an X 99 tripod. This was not what I had paid for, and is a very basic model compared with the MA38.I complained straight away, and was asked to provide evidence of the issue.I was told that I had received what I had ordered, which is simply not correct.I have spent nearly two weeks trading emails to try and resolve the issue.Initially I was offered $2 “compensation”, then $4, then €6, and finally €10. I get to lose $14.99 and keep a product that is of no benefit to me.They said they would fully refund me if I returned the incorrect model to them in China at my own risk and expense!!I gave them to options:A - Send me the MA 38 I have paid for, or…B - Refund me in fullThey can pay for the return of the incorrect model themselves, as I never asked for it in the first place.At the moment they are refusing to resolve the situation.I am trying to keep my cool, but I don’t believe they are treating me in a fair, businesslike and respectful manner.I would NOT recommend that anyone trusts that they will be treated as a customer should be treated. My experience with this process has been dreadful and I told them I would write about my experience with them truthfully, if they did not do what they are contractually obliged to do.BEWARE! The product looks good and is very enticing, but you won’t necessarily get what you have paid for. I didn’t 😡
I ordered a ”Magnetic Phone Tripod for iPhone, MA38 Portable Phone Holder Mini Tripod for Magsafe with Double-Sided Strong Magnetic 1/4’’. but the one I get only has a magnet on one side. So I sent mail so they could send me the right one. but they refused to admit that they sent the wrong one. so they offered me 2 euros. i said no,I tried to explain by sending a picture and description from their own website with the product. still they didn't want to admit that they sent the wrong one/lie in the ad. then they wanted to compensate me with 4 euros. i replied keep the money, i'll write a review instead. then they tried to make me take the money. but no.
if i could give 0 stars I would. absolute scam. i ordered the MA38 tripod like others and received the older version MA30. shocking company. despite the SKU being incorrect they denied it. it’s a fight to get them to do anything. you won’t see a penny back or the product
like everyone else, I ordered 2x the MA38 tripod and waited over a month for it to arrive. reached out with emails to which the replied and said they will send out a replacement since the item might have gone missing. received the a different item the x99. when I reached back out to them they told me no mistake has been made and to prove it! I sent them photos of the qr code and the item packaging and still they said they couldn't rectify. instead they kept telling me how expensive the return shipping will be ( to put me off) I persisted in asking for the price of return so I could return, which they never gave me. istead they refunded me £7. So I ended up with two of the wrong product and a waste of money
