More energy, coworkers noticed the change

Wasn't expecting much but it's pretty good. More energy and I can focus better at work. Even my coworkers noticed. I used to drag myself through the day, but now I'm actually getting stuff done. It's weird, but in a good way. Might get my wife to try it too.
