Excellent customer service from rental agent who personally took me up to the rental car and showed me the after hours return procedure.

Car drove a drram, making a country day trip easy.

Only disappointment was returns staff noting the car was dirty outside, which it was not. Luckily I had video and photos of the rental car which I have sent to Sixt.

Excellent Experience with the Rental Service

I recently rented an SUV for 7 days from a car rental service with comprehensive coverage, and overall, the experience was very positive. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. The pickup and return processes were smooth and efficient, with clear explanations provided by the staff. The SUV performed reliably throughout the trip and was comfortable for both city driving and longer journeys. The coverage offered great peace of mind during the rental period, making the experience stress-free. Overall, I would rate this rental 10 out of 10. A solid service with good vehicle quality and professional handling. I would consider using this rental service again in the future.

Avoid this service at all costs!

Rented a vehicle and shortly after starting to drive, I noticed it swaying during turns. After checking the tires, I discovered one was at 12psi. I inflated it, but the next day the same issue occurred. I reached out to customer relations and was promised a callback from a manager that never happened. On the final day of the rental, the car wouldn't start; a roadside service technician found a flat battery and noted that nothing seemed to have caused the drain. To my surprise, I was charged a $150 call-out fee plus GST! This is completely unacceptable. I couldn't reach anyone for help, nor did I receive a callback, yet they still had the audacity to charge me for the service on a faulty vehicle! I strongly advise others to stay away from this service. There is zero communication when issues arise and their business practices are deeply flawed. I have contacted relevant authorities and will consider further action if necessary.

The representative who helped me today demonstrated outstanding customer service and impressive manners! They were very polite and accommodating to all my questions about the rental vehicle. Exceptional Service at the Airport

The representative at the airport provided outstanding assistance. She helped us switch our booking from an electric vehicle to a petrol/hybrid option. She presented the available choices, made sure everything would fit our needs, and offered a discount due to the rise in vehicle prices. Truly fantastic service!

I was overcharged for a one-day rental. Initially quoted $248 but was charged $372. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, I was told nothing could be done. Adding to my frustration, the representative kept echoing my words during our conversation.

Smooth van rental experience during my move

I needed a van for my move and rented one from the local airport. Moving can be stressful, but the van rental process was quick and easy. The representative at the counter was very professional, polite, and informativeβ€”her directions for finding the van were spot on. It was a great experience.

Billing issues aside, everything else was fine

Once we sorted out the billing and the bond issues, including being charged for a free upgrade during my rental, everything else went smoothly. However, there were still unresolved issues.
