On the 3rd of July I bought free spins from booming games, then it got stuck and never opened for me to utilise the free spins that I bought. Then I contacted them, I have spoken to more than 20 consultants, sent more than 30 emails asking them to resolve the issue. Nothing happened, every consultant kept asking me for the same info everytime when I enquire, everyday when I send an email I will be told we will contact with feedback, the matter has been escalated. I asked them to refund my R40 so that I can play something else. No help till today. It happened on the 3rd of July, today it is the 8 of September. They are giving me a run around nje! This seems like a great online betting and casino site at first, but after you win once, there are non ending dry spells with no wins day on end. I would steer clear if I was you because they definitely tweak the games. I have been playing online casino's for 15 years+ and as a software developer myself, I can see / compare to other sites. People may say what they want and think what they want but I feel a gambling website or platform should be treating their customers the same as any other business, they make so much money why not just stick to the basic customer service and compliance rules. This site has done the proper version of false advertising and it is not just myself it is people I know and talk to every day, they promise a minute little bonus should you deposit a certain amount which I have done and the joke is I even deposited more within the given time period they offer, and guess what Nothing no bonus what so ever, I tried to investigate and ask customer service to assist me they then replied to say I must deposit more money to receive the lousy bonus. I'm sorry but I have proof of paying more than the given amount whiting the given time, why should I waste another cent on such a scam of a service and deposit more money as they now request. This is by far the worst site I have ever used they take and then don't even give their ridiculous little bonus they promise, their platform stalls all the time and makes it really hard to determine your playing results during live playing, which I feel is also another way they scam people. Please watch out You probably safer using any other platform but this one.
I've taken a soccer bet for first 10mins draw on the 29 of dec 2024, ive got my email confirmation showing the bet I've taken, when logging into the hollywood app the bets take was totally different compared to whats on my bet slip, now hollyw refuses to pay me out....@hollywoodbets please fix this matter
