Enjoying the benefits of restelle

After a little glitch which it was not the fault of the pads, stopping and finding reason for problem, I restarted after pausing a week. I have now been on them a fortnight and no problems, I am enjoying a better night sleep . It increases a little bit each evening.

Helps me to Relax

I seem to be sleeping better with these patches, feel more relaxed which is a great help since i do have sleep issues. But for me personally, i have to use two patches as one isn't enough for me.
