I received the lamp in excellent condition, along with clear installation instructions. It has a beautiful design and provides lovely light. Although there was a slight delay in delivery, the company was very friendly and easy to contact via email. They are trustworthy, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a purchase. They respond quickly to emails, and we just need to practice patience in life! Thank you for the wonderful product and service. I will order again if needed.
I received the wrong item. I was informed a replacement would be sent, but it took eight days to dispatch, even though I emphasized the urgency due to ongoing bathroom renovations. The replacement item was still incorrect. I've contacted the service multiple times with photographic proof of the two incorrect items, but have received no response (there's no phone number, only email). I will now reach out to my credit card company. I strongly advise against ordering from this service. In response to their previous message, they emailed me on April 17th stating they would send the correct item. I've emailed twice since for updates and received no reply. They are aware I have two incorrect items, as I provided photos. Please address this issue and consider sending the correct item along with a refund.
I was shocked to find Homdiy was actually based in China. When I realised I asked for a refund but was advised the item had already been dispatched. It’s been over two weeks now and I still haven’t received a tracking number and customer service has ignored my three emails chasing. I dread to think what the item will be like…if I ever receive it.
Sadly, after I just received the 1st parcel of 3 lamps I ordered, I must confirm what looks like a scam company, potentially a supplier of lamp "parts" to another company. After waiting over 2 weeks, I just received a box with "parts" of my lamp, no instruction or invoice either. Completely unusable. Save your money and don't risk. Ordered lights wrong colour sent company tried to blame me even after sending screenshot of my order stating the colour I had ordered. Then they asked if I would take discount to keep them even though they are the complete wrong colour and of no use. Do not buy from this company their customer service is appauling and I am still no further forward with my lights and nearly one hundred pounds out of pocket.
We purchased a LED ceiling light for £137, only to find the exact same product on AliExpress for just £50, with the same stock pictures! The price difference is ridiculous.We also bought the color-changing version, expecting it to work with a remote control as shown in the promotional video on their website. However, we discovered that the light change can only be triggered by repeatedly turning the light switch on and off — three times to switch to cold light. This is extremely inconvenient and not as advertised.To make matters worse, returning the product requires sending it all the way to Shanghai, with a £70 shipping fee.Please don’t make the same mistake we did — research the product carefully, as you can find the same model for much cheaper elsewhere!
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEOrder UKHY2016States 30 Days return but no steps or address for return. I have emailed the customer service email to ask where to send the goods for a refund on the day 2/3 lights arrived to no response at all. I can't log into my account as you need a verification code that never arrives. Product is cheap, cheap goods from China.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Waste of time and money. I ordered 4 lights each costing over £80 for my home. They all turned up separately taking 3 weeks to arrive. I paid for an electrician who’s as only able to put up 2 lights as 1 light turned up damaged and 1 light was the wrong order (was a white light not a warm light). I have been back and forth with customer service for ages trying to get this resolved and they keep asking for more evidence even though I have sent everything asked for. The lights are not even great quality and the service is terrible. Feels like I’ve been scammed - not worth your time.
we purchased 6 different types of light fixtures...Order #HY96432 issues:1 - got 2 sets of sconces for our living room. when the electrician installed them, he told us that he's never seen the types of bulb sockets that these fixtures have and that we may have trouble finding the lights for them. Looking at the website, I purchased the size lights that were recommended in the product description. they didn't fit. I purchased two other types of lights and neither fit. I have now been going back and forth with customer service who have not been helpful and who take days to get back to me, only to state what's on the website (and not always correctly). I now bought two expensive light fixtures and paid a lot of money to have them installed and functional and I have no light in my living room... not sure what to do next...2 - I purchased three hanging glass fixtures for my kitchen. unfortunately, painters put on an extra coat of paint after the fixtures got installed and a few drops of paint fell on them. generally with glass, paint comes off just by using your nails. this was the case here as well, except the color of the fixture came off as well (with my nail!!!). so the glass on the fixture is actually clear and the super thin orange coating that makes it look orange will come off if you lightly scrape it with your nail... I inquired with the website and was told that they would sell me just the glass for these three fixtures for about 3/4 of the price of the original purchase. does not feel right and had I known that the colour is lightly sprayed on and not actual colour of the glass, I would have never purchased them.
