Extremely poor service experienced from home centre. I have ordered few product and my order id # 1266524376. Out of three there was one product (Glovia Stainless Steel Hand Grinding Mortar) is still pending. Please note it was placed on 29th Oct. As already one and half month passed and after tons of follow up today their customer care stated that the same was delivered and they can not help further on this.Please note its only me who was following up with them irrespective of promise made to confrim the status they never attempted to make single call. Delivery of other ptoducts got delayed by 10 days and no information was updated neither on website or through mail they never tried to update me. Now after all this I still had trust to get best quality product as I am their usual customer, however this experience made me realise my mistake. The product is still not delivered for which I paid 700rs and now they are even not ready to take ownership.Please be aware if these kind of scams the brand make and try purchasing the product from local shop as they offer good product cheaper than what home center offer. Anyone reviweing this from brand side, please take action before i decide and go to consumer court fot this fraud.
Extremely disappointed with Home Centre. I was promised sofa delivery on 19th Aug and followed up multiple times, only to be misled again and again. On the delivery day, I was suddenly told the product wasn’t even shipped and will arrive next week. Totally unreliable service — caused me huge inconvenience before a family function.
I absolutely love the stylish furniture and home decor from this shop! They have such a fantastic selection that really elevates any space. Each piece I’ve ordered has been unique and beautiful, adding a touch of flair to my home. ❤️Delivery times can be a bit unpredictable at times, but honestly, it’s worth the wait for the quality and design you receive. You're lucky if you're get a good product. In case the product is poor quality. They wouldn't refund the money. But will only give you credit note after multiple follow-ups. The credit note can only be used again in Home Centre to buy another product
Disastrous Dining Table from Homecentre: Scratched, Defective, and Unworthy of Your Money!I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a dining table from Homecentre, and let me tell you, it has been an absolute nightmare. From the moment this disaster of a piece of furniture arrived at my doorstep, I knew I was in for a world of disappointment.First and foremost, it took the table a month to arrive after being ordered, and even upon arrival the table was plagued with multiple scratches and defects, with an undulated table top. The surface was quite marred, and it made me wonder if I had accidentally ordered a pre-owned table rather than a brand new one. What added insult to injury was Homecentre's complete unwillingness to rectify the situation. When I approached their customer service department to voice my concerns and request a refund multiple times, I was met with indifference and a total lack of accountability. I was hung up on multiple times, and despite them making promises of getting back to me withing 48 hours, it took about 5 days for the situation to come to a conclusion.To make matters worse, their proposed solution was to offer a 5% refund on the table value, or give me a credit note worth the value of the table, to be used within 90 days. However, given the poor quality of the table, I had zero confidence in their ability to deliver any other product. After much deliberation they’re revised proposition was to offer a credit note, at 10% of the table’s value.It is truly disheartening to witness a company like Homecentre, which claims to provide quality furniture, fail so miserably in both their product and customer service. The least they could have done was offer a cash refund, considering the unacceptable condition of the table. However, their refusal to do so speaks volumes about their disregard for customer satisfaction.Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Homecentre, as far as furniture is concerned. My purchase has been a complete waste of money and a source of endless frustration. If you're looking for a functional and aesthetically pleasing dining table, I strongly advise you to explore other reputable furniture stores that value their customers and stand behind the quality of their products. Homecentre is simply not worth your time or hard-earned cash.
We placed an order(king size bed) with home center on 30th May and we were happy with the delivery as it happened on the scheduled date but till now we were not aware of what is coming next . Technician came over same day and while assembling the bed he found there is a scratch and light damage on the head of it , he further started to unpack the rest of the boxes and found multiple things are damaged . As expected , he said he can raise it to home Centre people for a replacement to which I agreed . Tech told us that it will take 24 to 48 hours for the next action and left the site . Now my one room is fully occupied with cartons and damage wood . We called customer care after 48 hours of this incident and they said it will take another 24 to 48 hours , we agreed but there was no contact made. We asked again for the update but again they said 24 to 48 hours . This was so annoying , just imagine that one of your rooms is fully occupied with the wood and you have a toddler at home . We tried explaining this to them and asked them to at least pick the damaged product , they didn’t listen to the request . We said we don’t need the bed , refund our money , they denied and instead told us that replacement will be done in two weeks that too after waiting for one week . We were very clear to them that we can't wait and we want refund but we were forced to wait . We spoke to some supervisors like Krishna , Nalini who were kind enough to give us false hopes and made false promises that they will call us back with an update which was never done . We approached their social media team on Twitter but looks like it's being handled by bots as there is no proper response and all they do it forward the same complaint to same useless customer care folks . Now we are left with no options but to wait and watch . Horrible service and feeling completely harassed by the home center team . Bunch of jokers running the business .
