I reached out to customer support immediately, providing evidence, including confirmation from the third party that the request came from the service. I also included screenshots of my communications. Instead of investigating the matter properly, the support team repeatedly sent the same generic response, stating that the extract is only free if ordered correctly. They did not clarify why it showed as free at checkout and ignored the evidence I provided. My follow-up messages went unanswered for weeks, during which I accrued additional late payment fees from the third party. This experience has been characterized by poor communication, lack of accountability, and a clear refusal to address a legitimate billing issue. Given the misleading presentation of costs, unclear subscription terms, and systematic dismissal of complaints, I suspect this is not an oversight but rather a deliberate scam. This is a complete scam. There are no genuine announcements, and those that do appear seem fake. DO NOT START THE FREE TRIAL—IF YOU DO, MAKE SURE TO CANCEL BEFORE THE DEADLINE, OR YOU WILL BE LOCKED INTO A 6-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION AND RECEIVE INVOICES TOTALLING 180 CHF.
