Review Time
This was my first trip to Arinsal and I loved it. One of the reasons for this was this great apartment. It was very comfy, cosy, clean and convenient! I'm hoping to come again next year and if there is anyway I could have this exact same apartment I would be very happy.
The people who showed me around and checked in on me (via WhatsApp) over my stay to see if I needed anything and if the apartment was OK was so welcoming, patient, friendly and helpful.
There are absolutely no negative points I can think of.
Loved it and missing being there already (and this is my 1st day back!).

There was constant construction noise from a neighbouring property. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was done the noise was so loud we could barely hear each other. Shockingly, the owner even asked us to leave the house during the day so we “wouldn’t hear it.” That is not what a relaxing holiday should be when you’ve rented a home to enjoy your time. We flew all the way from New Zealand and had one of the worst holidays we’ve ever experienced. There were also cameras installed inside the house, including in the bedroom, which felt like a serious invasion of privacy,please be aware of this before booking. To make things worse, the owner refused to return our €2000 security deposit, and Homerez (the rental company) said they couldn’t do anything because the owner said to them that he was in financial distress. We ended up leaving a day early, with no apology and €2000 out of pocket. Also there was No wifi available, owner said the cable was broken. Beds were very worn Bath was not working properly and everything was quite dated. Some pictures don’t match, like no proper coffee machine which was depicted in the add. I would strongly advise other travellers to avoid this property until these serious issues are resolved.
