I ordered custom curtains from Homerilla because of the good reviews I read. They did not disappoint. It took 2 weeks even though it said it could take up to 20 weeks. They were packaged well, they unfolded well. They were few of defects, hung easily, and look beautiful. They were exactly what I asked for. I would highly recommend based off of my experience.
I purchased 13 fabric roman shades from this company. Every last shade has snapped/broken (the clips and/or the suspension system). Their customer service is the worst. They are no help. I spent a ton of money on these and they have all broken within a single year. Unbelievable. Do not waste your money.
I’m absolutely in love with my Homerilla curtains! Ever since I put them up, they’ve completely transformed the look and feel of my home. The fabric quality is incredibly soft yet durable, and you can tell they’re made to last. The design is elegant and modern — perfect for adding that cozy yet sophisticated touch to any room.What I love the most is how well they block out light without making the room too dark. We have Homerilla curtains in 7 rooms of our home and I absolutely love them. I’ve always received exactly what I ordered in timely fashion and the quality has been great! They have a lot of options to choose from and they include drapery rings with every order (of pleated curtains) which is really nice! I also have one of their custom sized, washable rugs and I was so impressed with how soft it is. It comes with a non-slip back too, so no need for a rug pad. I also have some of their custom cushions on our patio furniture and they were a perfect fit and exactly what I ordered. I think this is a trustworthy brand and I have been very pleased with all of the products I have from them. I would highly recommend them!
One of my curtains arrived with a very visible snag/tear in the weaved material. I emailed customer service because the phone goes straight to voicemail. They told me this is normal and gave me instructions on how to fix it myself. I followed their instructions but the snag is still there and it looks terrible when the curtain is closed. When I requested a replacement panel, they ghosted me. I’ve followed up 4 times and nothing. This company is a scam. They never answer the phone and I get responses to my emails in the middle of the night. Horrible company, buy your custom curtains from a place that stands by quality and service.
