Very easy to contact and speak to a real person. The service was exactly as we were told - the same day. The engineer phoned to let us know what time he would be coming and he turned up on time. He was polite, courteous and not only diagnosed the fault through a thorough check of everything but also fixed it there and then and for the price quoted on initial booking. Fantastic all round.

We had been experiencing picture pixelation and temporary loss of signal for a while which I assumed was due an aerial problem or atmospheric interference. The Engineer, Darel, offered a technical diagnosis which showed clearly that the booster was at fault meaning that the signal was too strong!
A simple bypass cable cured the problem instantly and since then the tv pictures have been interference free.
I had an issue with my signal for my tv in all my rooms due to the wind knocking my dish out of alignment called Home Vision up and they came out same day and sorted the issue for me. They were clean and tidy and I’m very happy with the service they provided in.

I’ve used Home Vision in the past and recently moved house and needed CCTV installed at my new property. The engineer was very knowledgeable, explained the costs clearly, and made sure I was happy before starting.I agreed to the work and it was completed on the spot. The installation was done neatly and to a high standard. Very happy with the service and would definitely use Home Vision again.
I needed a TV aerial engineer to repair a fault. Called Home Vision and had someone booked for a same day visit very quickly. The engineer got delayed on another job so Home Vision called me in good time to apologise and re-arrange my booking. They were great and arranged an engineer for the first job the next day.He turned up promptly and was extremely efficient, respectful and professional.He's done a fabulous job. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the fault and has done such a neat job.I would certainly recommend Home Vision if all their engineers are as good as the guy they sent to me.
