The item I ordered came the wrong size. when I sent back the photos of the item which clearly show the item is the wrong size. The response was, that it was correct and if I wanted to send it back I would have to pay shipping. You offered a 20% discount for a new one. The item is the wrong size and is not the same jacket that you show in your website. Very unhappy.
Ideally I would give them NEGATIVE Stars. DO NOT Purchase from this company. They are absolutely deplorable! The product is NOTHING like the ones they advertise. If you can get them to email you, because the phone number is fake and there is absolutely NO customer service. You must provide photos and reasons as to why you do not want the item AND then they give you a return address in DUBAI which costs more than the item you purchased. I intend to get to the bottom of this fraudulent company and hopefully getting justice for those they have screwed over nearly $200 such as myself.
Ordered two mens coats. Both are way under sized, both have women's left hand zippers and both are terrible quality. Their main web page says they offer Hassle Free 30 exchanges. But when you actually need to return something, they say you have 7 days, and can only return one item...BUT, after 7 days of back and forth emails, they won't even agree to taking one of these tiny coats back. What a horrible horrible company. Stay away!!!
Item received and did not fit. The “free and no hassle return” policy on the web site is a lie. After a back and forth emails, I have been asked to send this item back to Dubai shipping fees at my cost and I was told there was a 20% restocking fee. Customer service was terrible. Would not recommend purchasing from this company.
Horrible. This material is from a cheap hoodie sweatshirt, and I do mean CHEAP. This is straight up robbery in my opinion. This does not look anything at all like what was on the website. Please don't buy from this store. I can just imagine the rest of their products. Also, they don't provide tracking and it took over a month to arrive.
