They ignore every need of support I've…

They ignore every need of support I've needed, it looks totally nonchalant, even giving them a chance to be better by buying again, they did not give the minimum attention, even blocked me on instagram when I tried to get in contact there. Also, the emails I sent to the one listed below were sent back to me as they do not exist. Worst service ever.

Don’t bother

I ordered tank tops, shorts and other clothing for over £100. When they arrived it was clear the quality was lacking. After one wear and one hand was the fabric was already prickly. Another garment was faulty before first wear. I have made 4-5 attempts to contact customer service over about 1.5 months to get a partial refund with no response.

Small Brand, Big Heart! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Karl and the team are absolute legends. I reached out with a tight deadline for Mighty Hoopla, and they went above and beyond to make sure our gear arrived in time for the festival. It’s rare to find a brand that combines such high-quality apparel with genuinely personal, top-tier service. If you want to support a gay-owned small business that actually gives a damn about its customers, look no further.• Service: 10/10 (Karl is a star!)• Vibe: Perfect for the festival circuit.• Verdict: Highly recommend. Support these guys!

Finally a brand that gets it

I came across HOMO London through Instagram and immediately fell in love with the concept. As someone who’s part of the queer community, finding clothing that actually reflects that identity without feeling like a costume is rare — and Karl and Orestes have nailed it.What really won me over is that they actively collaborate with queer illustrators, giving artists a platform by licensing their designs and printing them onto garments. You’re not just buying a t-shirt, you’re supporting an entire creative ecosystem within the community.I ordered a graphic tee and a crop top for a festival, and the quality honestly surprised me for the price point. The hand-printing gives each piece a slightly unique feel — mine had this beautiful placement that made it look almost custom. Shipping to Barcelona was fast and hassle-free.The ethos behind the brand — reclaiming the word HOMO and making it a bold statement of pride rather than a slur — is something I deeply respect. This is queer fashion made by queer people, for queer people. Not a corporation trying to rainbow-wash a capsule collection for Pride month. Will 100% be ordering again before summer. 🏳️‍🌈
