Similar to the other reviews, I returned some items, the customer care team respond at first when you query it and then as soon as the magical '21 days to process a refund' passes, they no longer respond.
That aside, the clothing is terrible quality, labels all over the place, QR code labels sewn in (why?) And the clothing made for 'active' pursuits such as running, goes baggy while wearing so is not suitable for movement at all. Terrible products, terrible customer service, don't waste your time.

Bought 100% merino baselayers for children - they are so itchy children won’t wear. Nothing to compare with adult merino baselayers which are much softer and not itchy at all. The wrists and ankles areas are also completely wrong compared to the overall size- far too tight.Asked customer service to cover return fees considering faults. They wouldn’t have it. I never expected such experience for a brand like Odlo.Said they had to stick to their policy. Offered a 30% discount on next purchase. So I would have to spend yet more money on them….. Appalling. La laine mérinos utilise pour les enfants est de moins bonne qualité que celle pour les adultes de fait qu’ils irritent la peau des enfants. Les sous-vêtements sont également mal tailles- les poignets et chevilles sont trop étroits sur les sous-vêtements. J'ai fait part de ce souci a Odlo qui a refusé de prendre en charge les frais de retour du paquet. Ils ont expliqué qu'ils ne pouvaient pas changer de règlement- quelle blague quand ils n'appliquent pas à eux même leur propre promesse de qualité.
Item never left Germany and yet UPS cancelled the order and Odlo told me I must wait for them to receive the items back to issue me a refund. This seems to be a consistent experience and I expect to wait a very long time to receive the refund. I will query via my bank as soon as the gratuity window closes.
This is a ridiculous company! I made an order 3 weeks ago and the day later was informed that they don't actually have the product I ordered (strange because to this day it is still available for purchase on their website). 3 weeks have passed and my money has not been returned yet. Over the past 2 weeks I sent multiple emails to the customer service and none of them are even answered.I have never had such a bad experience with online shopping as this one. Stay away from Odlo, there are so many better companies selling great quality active wear that don't treat customers like doormats!
I ordered three tank tops. Odlo sent them UPS, which delivered them to the wrong address and refused to retrieve them. I’ve sent three emails to Odlo customer service asking for help and then asking for a refund with only one reply asking me to fill out and return what felt like an affidavit.I still have not received any response or a refund.Odlo was no help whatsoever.This was probably the worst internet purchase I’ve experienced.
