You pay for your subscription and prescription cost about $200 they schedule a an appointment for somebody to come out to take your blood. Then they got to do a secondary blood test to make sure that your blood is all in order. Now mind you they've already charged you your subscription plus your prescription $200. So then they send me an email telling me some stuff didn't come back right on my blood work the first blood work was perfect. The second one is a finger prick why didn't they just send a phlebotomist out. So now the second month subscription is getting ready to come out of my account and I still have no prescription. So basically they get you for 2 months which is over $400 and then maybe you might get your prescription. I'm canceling my memberships subscription today and trying to get some of my money back but I know they'll scam me out of it.

Dr was so wonderful it need nurses and phone number call zero. B E transparent with questions. Or just refer to doc for missing syringes. Hire some nurses not just receptionists or other non medical folks. Post you phone and customer service email in visible place, docs are great but they can’t do all the cuservuce tasks

The experience end to end was preposterously bad. I ordered online and never received instructions on getting tested. When I contacted support I could never get a simple answer on getting tested. Finally after way too many communications they switched me to a home test when all I wanted was a lab test at quest. Then I finally got a lab test ordered and arrived to quest having no information on me. Support doesn’t answer and response time is a day plus. Complete mediocrity.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Denisse D. at Hone Health absolutely deserves recognition.

The process involving lab results, pharmacy coordination, and trying to receive medication quickly and conveniently can be very confusing and often feels full of barriers. Despite that, Denisse D. was always patient, understanding, and ready to guide me through every step.

Our communication was entirely through email, and she was incredibly responsive, supportive, and clear. She explained everything in a way that made it simple and easy to understand. Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly, even if the information might have existed elsewhere. She never made me feel rushed or dismissed.

What really stood out is that she understood my perspective and the reasoning behind my questions. That level of human understanding is what makes service truly exceptional, and it’s something AI or automated chat systems simply can’t replace.

Denisse D. is professional, kind, efficient, and truly outstanding at what she does. The level of care she provides sets a model of customer service excellence that others could learn from. I sincerely hope her leadership recognizes what an incredible asset she is to the organization.

I refer all my friends to hone. Hone has helped me in ways my regular doctor couldn’t. The convenience of doing it all virtual is so nice to when you have busy schedules. The doctor listens to concerns and has answers. I’ve been on hrt for over 3 months and feel amazing. I feel stronger , have more energy and getting good sleep.

Terrible experience with no treatment received!

This has been a nightmare. My husband has spent over $200 and still hasn't received any treatment! Whenever we try to reach out for assistance, we only get automated responses. It's unbelievable—he has undergone two blood tests and continues to receive messages from so-called care coordinators asking the same questions about the pharmacy. When he responds, it's just another AI-generated reply! Trying to call results in leaving a message, but no one ever follows up! This feels like a complete scam!

Perfect solution for those without traditional insurance

This service is perfect for my needs as I lack traditional insurance. It gives me complete control over my health. The process is incredibly straightforward, and the results come quickly. I was under the impression that hormone replacement therapy would be prohibitively expensive, but after discussing it with friends who have traditional insurance, I found it to be more affordable!
