These are an absolute waste of money. Buyer beware. They do not stop snoring, are uncomfortable, the fit is loose. Don’t even try for a refund it will cost too much to send to their nominated address even though the product is not dispatched from overseas
Ordered product, as soon as I got I tried to use it. Smells bad & makes me gag. I started reaching out on site & emails. Numerous times. No contact from manufacturer. I turned over to credit card company, they gave them the run around. Basically all they guarantee is you will get product. No customer satisfaction. They get your money & run. Beware, there reviews are awful. Wish id checked first. But thought with guarantee what did I have to loose. Well $50 shitty product, shitty customer service.!!!!!!
The anti-snore product is poorly made and doesn't work. The company does not get back to you when you require help or returns. I believe it's purely a rip off. It's a shame you have yo enter one star as I think this company is not worth that.

The company's website ("Hornex Company" - in Paypal account as "Western Bid, Inc), claims to provide a full refund if you are not satisfied, no questions asked. The product received was totally ineffective.After I requested a refund, the company made the process extremely difficult with numerous questions. They eventually offered me a partial refund for less than half the amount paid. When I refused, they told me I have to send the product to an address in China which at this time represents a $150 shipping fee.This appears to be a scam, and I want to warn other consumers. Purchased this crap product in Sept. Doesn't work, actually makes my snoring worse. Mouth piece way too big and when lying down feels like its falling to back of throat hurting off Airways. Contacted this company 4 times and received not one response. Completely disgraceful!
After three months they keep on saying that my order is ok but, even if it seems that the package is somewhere here in Italy (even close to my address) they did not do anything to help it be delivered. Nor, they did not even tried to refund me. There are other solutions like theirs that solve the problem. If you think that this kind of mouth piece works (and it does), then choose some other shop.
