Good customer service

I'm satisfied with the product and customer service was great with me, they reached out to me in a very personal way to make sure I was happy with my order.One thing I would improve is package tracking, I placed two orders and I wasn't notified on either occasion that the package had arrived, which could be confusing for some people who live in big buildings.I'm also a bit disappointed to find out the products are made in China, but they're cute and smell nice nonetheless.

Nice product, Ships from China

Nice product, pretty small for the price, but good quality and great for eczema/dry lips. Turns out it ships from China which is not mentioned anywhere on their website and I wouldn’t have purchased if I had known.

Fantastic

Very easy to use website. Kept me updated about delivery, which was brilliant. I bought the Lemon Cheesecake balm. It smelt devine and goes on like soft butter. It made my lips very soft. I would highly recommend Honeybalm to everyone.
