Poor customer service I will not be ordering from these again. I’ve sent several emails explaining how my order hasn’t turned up, they clearly never even bothered to read my email because they jusy kept replying after 5 emails telling me what I already know (which was my order was shown as delivered). I still havnt received this order and it was shown as delivered on the 10th December, clearly after seeing more reviews u just like to rob people for their hard earned money. And u should be ashamed of yourself, some people go out and earn their money properly by working hard and then theirs company’s like you who rob people. I won’t ever be ordering from u again and I will I’ll be passing the word around to family and friends and getting them to pass the word too. I’ll be making sure your company gets as least service as possible, and will be doing everything it takes to get my refund!!! SCAM
Very disappointed my daughters were so excited to finally receive their balms after a very, very long wait. Not only were applicators missing but the cherry balm they chose is so bright, they look inappropriate. Why did it not state the extreme colour when ordering?! Have been a complete waste of money as won’t be used now.
Saw an ad on Facebook and decided to take a look at their website. I bought 3 sets of these and got a free candy cane balm included. They're brilliant. I love the little applicator that comes in the lids of the balms. The scents are nice but subtle.Keeps my lips moisturised for ages.Delivery was very efficient. Will definitely order again when I eventually run out 😆
If I could give zero stars then I would! Placed a £35 order in November and still yet to receive the goods or a refund. Sent multiple emails and Facebook messages. Have only had one response on Facebook a couple weeks ago that said sorry for the delay do you still need help. When I instantly replied to advise I still haven't had my order there was no further acknowledgement! Avoid company at all costs!!UPDATE March 2025. I have finally received a response and a refund. 3 months after purchase date thought, not good.
I've had no problems yet, love the fun, cute, bright, packaging it comes in, feels great on the lips, and the scents they come in are really good and better then I expected for a lip balm, love the themed pots each lip balm has, and a cool pot design to, had no problems when it was shipped, over all I would probably buy again and try different flavours it comes in.
