why its says co.uk if its not even in uk. its been nearly a month when im am waiting for delivery. its not delivered yet. and god knows when. i missed that time when i needed it,as i orderes lots of balm for all my work friends.
It is actually a very good balm and I can feel a difference in less than a day. On the negative side, I’ve no idea why it takes up to 18 days for delivery. I assumed from one of the status updates that they were making the products to order but when mine arrived they were produced 4 months ago. It was a bit of an impulse buy and in all honesty if I’d known the delivery times, I wouldn’t have bothered. Compounding that, the status updates are useless. I emailed for an update and customer services were friendly and helpful, it was just a pain needing to intervene because the automated updates didn’t help. The pots are cute but if I’m honest probably a gimmick that teens will love, as a grown adult with a job and responsibilities, I could see them becoming a pain over time (for transparency I do have a minor disability so getting the lids off is harder for me than most). I will buy again but will buy in bulk in view of the ridiculous delivery times
