We entrusted our dog to Melvin and Wendy for three weeks while we traveled to Australia, and it was our first experience leaving her for such an extended period. Given her past at the rescue, she tends to be quite anxious when we part. However, by the time we returned, it was clear she felt completely at home with them. Their affection for her was evident in her behavior. They kept us updated with photos and messages throughout our trip, and even managed to care for her attentively despite facing their own emergency. We felt a sense of relief almost immediately after leaving her in their care, and we're thrilled to have found them as her caregivers moving forward! I would highly recommend the service, along with Wendy and Melvin, without hesitation.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, our usual sitters couldn't accommodate our booking. The service owner stepped in to care for our dog during the new year. We were a bit anxious about leaving him with the owner, but everything went smoothly. He returned home happy, and we received regular updates and photos. It's a friendly and efficient service.
Our dog had a fantastic few days with the sitter, who not only showered her with affection and playtime but also ensured her safety in the snow.
