The delivery was supposed to be on the same day as the order. It was not delivered on that day, or the following morning. The intended recipient had already been discharged by the time of delivery. I have no idea what became of the flowers, and I did not receive a refund, despite my request for one.
I sent Get Well flowers to my father in the hospital and he said they were very beautiful. It was nice to order through the gift shop because he received the flowers on the same day I ordered them while he was still in the same room. The ordering process was easy. The website was easy to navigate.

I explained that the child's mother had confirmed the room number that morning, but she refused, citing concerns about delivering to the wrong patient, which I understand. However, the refusal to deliver the gifts was frustrating. To make matters worse, she informed me that the bear we ordered was unavailable and they would need to substitute it, which should have been communicated upfront in case I wanted a refund. I requested a refund, only to be told I needed to call another number to process it. I would never recommend this service. It's better to handle your own gift deliveries. I expressed my frustration before ending the call.

I find it unreasonable to charge $15 for using the elevator. Additionally, I was informed that my delivery would arrive by 1:00 p.m., but I only received notification after 8:00 that it was delivered to the station, not necessarily to my room. Overall, I'm not very satisfied with the service.
