Well, i am a new customer and this is the first VPS i have ever had. I guess like many people i am messing around with AI for a bit of fun, and wow, the service is reliable. Never goes down, never had problems. Only thing i will probably want in future is more storage and power XD. These guys are great and if you managed to find them in this vast internet world you are in for a treat. 5 out of 5, i could not be happier.

I noticed my VPS had some high latency…

I noticed my VPS had some high latency and reported it. Riyad was quick to respond to my ticket and it was resolved as fast as it could be. I had another issue regarding bandwidth and after talking with Riyad, we decided it was best to move my VPS to another location. Glad I did, it is much better than the other location. Great service, great people!
