Review Time
I asked for my account to be deleted 2 weeks ago. They didn't delete it and today I was charged for the next month. I have been with them for 2 years, the app is always buggy and nothing works as it needs to work. Automations are nice but they are also not working full. Example: They have a "Trigger this automation even if it is after XX hours" , it doesn't work and many times I had to contact the clients because the automation isnt triggered. Things you learn the hard way and while loosing revenue. I also have had double bookings once or twice because of their problems and they always shift blame to b.com. Customer service is always there, but it doesn't fix anything.
We’ve been using Hostify for several months now and it just keeps getting better. The team really listens to user feedback and you can see improvements month after month. For our needs, managing multiple single-unit properties, this has been the best choice we could have made. Toni is our agent and has been extremely helpful all along the way. Highly recommended!

Hostify is a great all-in-one PMS with integrations to some of the top partners in the vacation rental market. However, in my experience, its greatest value lies in the responsiveness of the support team, its adaptability, and the endless possibilities for personalized solutions that it offers.

Our rental property is managed by a agent that uses Hostify, the platform provides very poor granular ability to mange pricing and discounts across platforms. We have made a few price changes and run a few offers and every time the Hostify system has issues and it takes manual intervention with the hostify support. If I was an agency I would think very carefully about choosing Hostify as you will struggle with all but the most simple of property pricing structures. As a owner of properties, I feel that we are finically worse of because our priorities are listed via the Hostify platform vs an alternate system, this is due to the lack of pricing flexibility, although they advertise these features, in reality they do not work or are very unreliable. You have been warned!Update: Several day later, and the issues still are not resolved. No last minute airbnb discount, discounts not working on Marriot or Plum Guide. Our agent has been advised "They are working on it" in the mean time the property owners are loosing revenue.
