Easy to use to make the booking with ur doctor. If my regular doctor is away u have alternatives to choose from and pretty straightforward to pick ur appointments. You get stuck no problem as they will help u

The email that an appointment is confirmed contains only generic comments about fees. Surely once the appointment is confirmed, the appointment fees, no-show fees, cancellation fees etc are known so could be explicity stated in the confirmation email.
Clicking on the "make another appointment" should take me directly to selecting a time for the new appointment, not going through the whole process of defining who it is for, which practitioner etc.

The administrative team is friendly and efficient, and the clinic atmosphere is both clean and comfortable. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.
