Review Time
I don't have too many issues. However, sometimes the program will block legitimate websites so I can't access them. Another frequent issue I have is being redirected to another website that is unrelated to the one I was on when I clicked a link. The program does not appear able to stop it from happening frequently.
I really like AVG except one problem. I get too many pop-ups with offers to upgrade the program and some of those interfere with my computer. Number of times I had to re-start it. It slows my Internet too. Other than that I am happy with the program. Thank you
Have had a good experience with AVG Technologies, though has slowed down my system somewhat. Have had issues with activation of products not being used in my system.
Other than this, a good experience with excellent security.
for the general internet user they offer general protection which is great with consistent updates and easy setup and configuration, they would increase their paid subscriptions if they lowered the prices for subscriptions of more protection, this is a great protection company
I’ve been using AVG for over three years on an older ASUS laptop that I brought back to life shortly before installing their software. After doing some basic cleanup and updates, I installed several AVG products—Internet Security, Driver Updater, TuneUp, Secure VPN, AntiTrack, and BreachGuard—now all included in AVG Ultimate.
Since then, the laptop’s performance has steadily improved, and it’s still my primary personal computer today. That long-term reliability has made me view AVG as a trustworthy and dependable provider of personal computer security software.
Difficult to find where to go, to make sure I have the option to cancel after one year. I do not want it to automatically deduct from my account. I don't like being sold essential features, after I thought I was getting all the protections I need with one subscription. My mouse freezes all the time.
the program runs in the background and works well without disturbing too much. The only thing wrong is a incessant need to sell me new functions and so bugging me with sales messages.
but with some caution I would still recommend this program to others
Well, I've had AVG installed on all of my devices since I was about 8 years old I'm 31 and a proud user, always made sure to install AVG and it's always kept me safe and looked out for me when browsing the web or opening files. So 5 stars, i highly recommend AVG all the time to friends.
