I paid 164.90 € for a 6-month “5G home internet” plan. The service was practically unusable from day one. Real speed tests showed download speeds as low as 0.33 Mbps, which makes normal internet use impossible.
Despite sending screenshots and screen recordings, support dismissed the issue by claiming that “data usage” proves the service works and hiding behind fine print about “no speed guarantee.” This completely ignores real-world performance.
I was sold this plan as suitable for regular use. If I had been told the actual speed could be below 1 Mbps, I would never have bought it. A service advertised as 5G delivering less than 1% of the stated maximum is clearly misleading.
Refund was refused, and after insisting, my messages were simply ignored.
