Review Time
I tried to get quotes and advice from several companies, this was the only one who gave me the time of day to walk me through to a solution. They gave me a solid 15 minutes of advice without trying to sell me anything, I asked if they could do what they were suggesting and it was all "yeah, we can do that, have you seen our website?" they walked me through the whole process answering any questions I had and I bought all my doors and plinths, they rang me after the order and checked what I wanted and even suggested that I do something that would end up looking better, but was cheaper!?!I thought they had messed up my order, they were on the phone the next morning and while I was on the phone sent me a link to buy everything I had forgotten to buy including the custom measured doors. Real nice genuine and helpful people on the phone, really felt like I could trust them, not that they had convinced me to trust them. I've over 10 years of direct marketing campaigns under my belt and they are either no good at "sales", or masters of it. I've placed another order since without a second thought.
