ShiftHosting are a great option for Budget VPS (the service I use). Their sysadmin Zach was super useful with fixing an issue I had and offering suggestions when needed, and Chay was extremely useful and friendly.
Overall their pricing is great, their service is great and their uptime is brilliant as well.

Great pricing and servers, subpar customer support. Their SLA provides the times for responses, and I faced data corruption due to an unknown reason. They say everything is fine on the hardware side, with no offer to help. Slow responses to critical issues, will update with further info when it is resolved.--Edit--Was able to get with a tech and unfortunately still have the issue. The response of that it was clientsided was unneeded, as it was possibly based from faulty hardware. Increased rating, as sometimes stuff happens.Final UpdateDid not renew contract, was accused of causing the issue when issues of their hardware were known.
