Close to a year, I have been using housewise to manage my 2 properties in Pune. So far my experience is positive. I am happy with their end to end property management services, that really helps someone like me living in overseas.
Housewise is a great company. They have managed all services required to keep house in best condition with almost everythingin their catalog. If they dont have any services readily available they put a great effort to get that in shortest possible time.They are hasslefree and provide best experience. Dealing with Sandhya was like trying to get water from a stone, if the stone also had a massive attitude problem. Here’s a quick breakdown of the "service" provided:Ghosting Expert: She was incredibly fast at replying when it was time to collect the deposit. The moment the paperwork started, she vanished.Total Lack of Transparency: She conveniently "forgot" to mention several hidden maintenance fees and issues with the property that were glaringly obvious the day I moved in.Rudeness as a Policy: When I tried to follow up on promised repairs, she was condescending and acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking for the bare minimum.Unreliable: We had scheduled three different walkthroughs; she was late to two and completely stood me up for the third without so much as a "sorry"
I have one of the few first customers of Housewise since their inception and have found them to be a very professional in their approach for managing properties. I have used their services across multiple requirements from tenancy agreements to fixing issues in the rental property and have always found them willing go that extra yard to fit it to the perfect result, for both owner and tenant. Highly recommended.
Housewize is an incredible find for me. They are professional responsive and excellent at troubleshooting and documentation. Very clear and timely communication.
