Very bad service: I booked a visit that the owner cancelled. I contacted Customer Service because the time slot was still available to book and THEY booked another time slot on my behalf and send the confirmation sms, email, etc. Obviously, there was no one in the flat. The answer Housfy told me is that "they can't contact the owners for all the meeting to make sure that they are there". Maybe if you give a better service you'll try to avoid this situations.Very disappointed.
These guys are why estate agents have a bad name. They are incompetent, unable to even verify that the property they are selling is legally able to be sold. They then keep the reserve money in their account for 3 months while passing the blame to all departments that come under the Housefy banner. They are a team when they take your money but individuals when it comes to giving it back. Also you will find clauses in the contract that prevent you from dealing with other mortgage entities if you get a quote from them. Be careful, very careful.Estos tipos son la razón por la que los agentes inmobiliarios tienen mala fama. Son incompetentes, ni siquiera pueden verificar que la propiedad que están vendiendo se pueda vender legalmente. Luego mantienen el dinero de reserva en su cuenta durante 3 meses mientras pasan la culpa a todos los departamentos que están bajo la bandera de Housefy. Son un equipo cuando se llevan tu dinero, pero son individuos cuando se trata de devolverlo. También encontrarás cláusulas en el contrato que te impiden negociar con otras entidades hipotecarias si obtienes una cotización de ellas. Ten cuidado, mucho cuidado.

Ridiculous.Easy to book a visit. Everything looks very practical and modern. Very disruptive stuff. Until you get to the door, ring the bell, wait for an hour, and nobody shows up. No excuses, no messages, nothing.I much rather deal with real estate agents if that is how housfy works.
