Bought a house with Housfy. We were very lucky that the company that was selling the flat was using this agency! Everything went smoothly, the agents were very responsive and they use software to sign documents online. The best part were low fees. Don’t know exactly how much we paid (as of 2023) but it was nowhere near what other agencies are charging. I would highly highly recommend this platform
The rental process started off well, but since then, we've encountered multiple issues with slow response times. It seems once they've received payment, their attention dwindles. We've endured days without electricity, and their only advice was to contact the insurance company they recommended, which only covers contents and hasn't been helpful otherwise.
We went 3 months without bathroom, thye refused to pay back deposits of 2 months claiming that old blinds (40 years plus) needed replacing. We left the apart ment cleaned professionally and painted, we repaired taps showers even replaced broken fridge freezer.
Exceptionally good service. Georgina who dealt with our mortgage has been amazing and we wouldn’t have made it without her. I highly recommend her as she’s the rare person in the typical Spanish customer service who can listen and only speak when it’s needed, so the communication was very clear and she has a very positive, solution oriented mentality. We had two major issues regarding obtaining our mortgage (we got financing of 97% of the purchase price in the end) and without a mortgage broker we would have failed. When issues arose, she always came with proposals that worked. We looked at other brokers at the beginning and are very happy with our choice. The contract is simple and understandable compared to others we reviewed and the fee was sensible. We have been living here for 6 years but still weren’t totally clear about the process so it’s also a great option for foreigners. Well done and we are very happy!!!
