They tried to take (steal) as much as my money as possible coming up with lies, like missing items after leaving the apartment (items that were not even part of the inventory) and cleaning fees (almost a month after leaving the apartment, luckily I made a video of the place before leaving and I made the agent who want there to take the keys sign a paper saying that the flat was in perfect conditions). It's very sad to see such behaviours
We are over 10 days without hot water and they're still answering one mail every two days.Paying Barcelona rental prices with the service level you would expect in Papua New Guinea. We are leaving the flat just not to deal anymore with Housfy.
I had a thoroughly unpleasant experience with them. We saw a place we loved and were encouraged to message a bit about ourselves and make an offer which we did. We were warned to do it straight away, so we were understandably keen to get everything over the line. An agent did not acknowledge receipt of the message and responded that he was 'too busy'. He then told us that another bid has supposedly been accepted, without keeping us up to date on this. Just really not a nice experience, in what is a stressful process. I imagine the agent took some money to make sure the other offer was accepted - if such an offer existed. We are learning that maybe we have to give some bribes next time?! OR our Spanish friend to help us
Worst company ever. Delay in all services, included the starting date of the contract, postponed without any information, just because the guy who managed the contract forgot the day was a Bank holidays. I had to stay at an hotel, at my expenses, waiting for the contract to be finalised (while the owner was ready to start the contract before, as per initial agreement with me and Housfy).Customer Service does not manage any enquiry. The owner - after me waiting for a month for a reply - had to call directly Housfy to speed the process and at the end I had to manage a fix by myself directly with the provider.Extremely poor service, wouldn’t recommend it to anybody, not even my worst enemy!
This agency was very quick and efficient in the initial stages of taking deposit payments, first month's rent, having contracts signed etc, but since moving to my apartment in Barcelona, after a few weeks, we discovered a significant issue with mould in one of the rooms, which had been previously hidden by a blind. The mould was clearly an 'old' issue, as the outer/exterior wall had holes in it where rain water had been infiltrating for some time. After reporting this issue 6 weeks ago now, we are no closer to getting any work done in the foreseeable future. I've had a couple of technicians come and evaluate the damage, but now we're waiting for yet another technician to further evaluate and for a professional to become available to actually do the work, which as you may imagine during the summer here is probably going to take FOREVER. I feel that 1. this apartment SHOULD NOT have been rented with this issue present, it is a significant health hazard, and what makes it worse is that I am 8 months pregnant and it doesn't look like this issue will be fixed before I give birth. 2. The agency needs to seriously evaluate what the habitability of a living space should imply. I spoke to one of their agents in one of the many frustrating calls I have made with them, where she told me that having mould does not affect the habitability of a living place... how insane is that?! Not to mention her rude tone, speaking over me, not letting me get my words out and in general not doing or saying anything to ameliorate the situation or comfort me. 3. At the very least, the owner should be discounting rent until the issue is fixed, since I am unable to use a whole room in the apartment and am paying for square footage that I cannot use. 4. Whilst Housfy isn't not doing anything, they are dragging their feet massively, and we are now 6 weeks into this issue without having a proper solution to this problem. 5. An agency should be protecting the rights of tenants and should be advocating for their comfort to property owners. I feel that I am not being 'protected', and that they are serving the landlady rather than myself as the tenant who is now stuck in a contract with nowhere to go. I am at a loss of what to do and cannot explain how frustrating it is to be in this situation.
We rent a house with housefy, we called about no hot water its been 2 weeks since and no contact!! I never had such a treatment with renting a house, im also 4 months pregnant what makes having no hot water even worse I dont and cant want to deal with this stress! They just dont care about there costumers even though we pay a ridiculous amount for renting a small house €1200 a month u would expect some service! The costumer service is very bad and they just talk and promise but no solutions! Also like all the other reviews here they are rude and just dont want to help! I am not spanish, but dutch and i will have my lawyer looking into this company for sewing their ass! Calling dont help emailing dont help! If u can, never do anything with this company they only making themself rich and leave their clients in a renting hell!!
Probably the worst agency on the Costa Del Sol coast. The technology and innovation is great, but their approach is terrible.I would strongly advice you to stay away from this company. We signed an agreement with Housfy and we have still not been able to receive our keys after 2 months for our Marbella apartment. They are just redirecting us different ways and are not taking any action on delivering the keys to us.I would go with something more traditional like idealista. Do NOT use Housfy.
